Our office manager Rachel spends most of her time infront of the computer organising Gavin's schedules and taking bookings bookings for chimney sweeping to make sure he is busy and resonsive to your needs all the time. If your emailing for a fireplace quote or for a chimney sweep appointment then Rachel will respond.

Gavin is the owner and chimney specialist at Cham Depan , he is a very busy man carrying out over 1000 chimney sweeps and installing over 50 fireplaces and wood stoves and their smoke flues every year. Gavin's phone often rings nonstop and he can't answer every call so if you don't get through send your request via email or whatsapp.
